This place is never open on time anymore 30min-1hr passed the opening time. I drive 20 min here just to have to turn around and go home. When it is open the staff is nice and good place to tan.
So yeah, could definitely use an update. Dingy and outdated. But Emily at the front desk might be the friendliest person I've ever met. She could definitely take those customer service skills big time! Good pricing as well.
Update: They have not run out of solution in quite a while now. The staff is friendly. The place is cleaned after each use or I wouldn't go.I am thankful I gave them a second chance to correct things. Good job LA TAN!
