I called Heartland after my toddler spilled milk all over my expensive area rug. I tried to get it all up on my own but after a few days my whole house smelled awful. I called them in absolute desperation explaining to the owner, Doug what had happened and told him I was ready to put the rug into the garbage if it could not be remedied quickly. He had his crew come out promptly to clean the rug. The crew was punctual, clean cut and extremely professional. They did an amazing job on my rug!!! It looks better than when I bought it. I will never use another company again, Heartland all of the way! Thank you to Doug and his amazing crew!
