I cannot praise Ed enough for his professionalism and his quality of service. He showed up to the property 10 minutes early. After introducing himself he laid out his plan to us and went right to work. He welcomes people to follow him and to get immediate feedback on what he’s seeing. He has immense knowledge and speaks from years of experience. He also takes his time and throughly inspects the house. At the recommendation of several people, I called Mr. Haas to see if he was available to do my home inspection for my new home. He responded quickly and courteously. The day of the inspection he arrived a few minutes early and had already started the roof inspection. He allowed me to be onsite while conducting the inspection, ask any questions I might have about different areas, he explained things as he went along, was friendly, professional and helpful. Great service! Ed was very accommodating to our quick turnaround schedule and couldn’t have been nicer! I’m very pleased with his services and I really appreciated the detailed report with photos and recommendations.
