Essential Wave Studios is an amazing place to be. EWS has a variety of yoga classes, and also offers physical therapy. The new owners Aron and Renee Bowen are making many improvements to this beloved studio. Renee is a very educated Physical Therapist. The owners, staff and yoga instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful towards the clients’ pursuits of wellness. You can feel this the moment you step foot inside.

Good beginner yoga got me started, good meditation classes de-stressed me, good people and an ever growing bunch of classes and options and instructors keep me coming back. Everybody is welcoming. Don't second guess giving it a try.

Mary is amazing as always! The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. the instructors are very encouraging! i always love coming here to calm the "chatter" and unwind. ï¿½
