This was a really cool space. My husband and I took a class together. We did the restorative class which I greatly needed. They also have a cat yoga class. Going to check out the cat yoga for sure.
Essential Wave Studios is an amazing place to be. EWS has a variety of yoga classes, and also offers physical therapy. The new owners Aron and Renee Bowen are making many improvements to this beloved studio. Renee is a very educated Physical Therapist. The owners, staff and yoga instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful towards the clients’ pursuits of wellness. You can feel this the moment you step foot inside.
Good beginner yoga got me started, good meditation classes de-stressed me, good people and an ever growing bunch of classes and options and instructors keep me coming back. Everybody is welcoming. Don't second guess giving it a try.
