This practice has changed! I trusted this man for years. Seen him May 30th have a tooth extracted, was told the root is in my sinus cavity. Referred me to a surgeon who only accepts cash. June 2nd I had it pulled by a REAL dentist!!!!
John's ratings have went down.....sad! This was a great dental practice. AVOID AT ALL COST....because it will cost A LOT!

I kind of wanted to leave this alone because of the bad experience I received. My experience was about 2 years ago, I went in for a possible root canal found out in the middle of getting a root canal that he wasn't able to perform it and that you have to extract it. I was actually okay with that actually the whole experience I was okay with even though the dentist / owner of the office kind of remind me of a shady car salesman. But overall The experience wasn't really that good. In the dental chair I was okay but his front desk team really sucks. The two women that were working out front I'm not going to call him racist but I think that they had some preconceived notion of who or what I was and being a person of color is hard to convince people otherwise that I'm a normal person just like everyone else who walks in that office. maybe it was because the way I was dressed I admitted most of my visits were right after work so instead of going home and change I would actually come and work clothes and maybe I wasn't very presentable, or maybe they just thought that I couldn't afford to have dental services there I own a big five bedroom home out there not to mention I own three apartment buildings. That's not something to brag about by the way but when people kind of talk down at you and don't give you the kind of respect that you think that you should deserve it's kind of off-putting. So long story short after I end up getting the extraction done I was just done with that office for the next few months they did call me about you know check ups and getting cleaning but I just I was done with that office

Hi I just wanted to again express my gratitude to the front desk receptionist and the dentist for getting my 7 y/o daughter in same day due to a bike injury and 2 chipped front teeth. She wasn't the easiest patient and they were so good with her and let me work with them to get her through it. She walked out with her teeth looking better than they did before the accident! I will be switching my family over to Precision Dental because I've seen how fantastic everyone is. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Rachel
