I stopped in thier shop yesterday looking to buy a remnant piece of solid surface countertop to use for various leather craft projects. When I told them I only needed a one or two square foot piece they told me the stuff they had in remnants was stuff for sale, and that I could probably find what I needed in thier scrap dump trailer and I could have any thing I wanted in it for free. After a little looking I walked away with a perfect sized piece for my work bench at no charge at all. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and helpful. Even though I didnt purchase anything I could tell by thier friendliness and helpfulness that they are a place that takes customer service very seriously. I dont think anyone doing business with them would be disapointed based on thier customer service for a person who wasn't even buying anything
