The worse part has been my wrist from holding my babies and breastfeeding the first three months, which I love so much however it did mess my posture which led to pins and needles in my hands, every morning immediately as I would wake up, keeping me from holding my son right away. Dr. Gerstenkorn straighten it all out with now two of my post pregnancy episodes ! The whole family comes to him for prevention and corrective care for almost 10 years !
