I think this service is great. Quan was the guy who came and drained our septic drain. He did amazing and was super nice and thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend. He definitely relieved my stress.

I had a great experience with Zoom Drain over memorial weekend. I got home Saturday night to a full sewage back up. This was the only company to answer the call at 10 p.m. on a holiday weekend. The plumber showed up promptly at 8:30 Sunday morning and had our clog cleaned out very quickly. No surge charges or holiday increases either. I would 100% recommend this company!
