We had a really good experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was super personable and friendly, which made the whole process really easy.
The roof installation turned out great, and the crew did a really good job cleaning up afterward.
The only issue we had was with the gutter installation. We did find some sharp pieces of metal left in the grass afterward. We have dogs, so that was definitely something I was concerned about since they could potentially step on them. I brought it to Rob’s attention, and he was very understanding and compensated us for the issue. I really appreciated that he took it seriously and made it right.
Rob and his entire team did an amazing job on our roof! It’s nice to see someone that really knows this industry in and out and takes pride in their work. He took his time explaining everything he found and what he was going to do. His crew was very professional and they picked up the entire job site when they were done. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done in their roof. Thank you guys again for getting everything fixed so quickly!
