My experience with this office was very pleasant with everyone. Becky was my nurse who worked on my infusion and she was absolutely phenomenal. I’m 9 months pregnant and I hate needles haha- she was extremely accommodating, empathetic, patient and very communicative. You’re lucky if you get Becky!

I've been going there for over two years now, the nurses are great there.

I was recently diagnosed with cancer and have required daily infusions. From the administrative staff to the nurses, the whole team at the outpatient center has been absolutely amazing. Each of them takes the time to cultivate an understanding of their patients' needs. I would recommend them to anyone who needs outpatient infusion services.

I’ve been at the Outpatient Treatment Center with my Mom and my Mom-in-Law. Everyone was kind and professional. I was allowed to accompany my mom-in-law to the treatment area because she had memory issues. I got to see first hand how well she was treated. Sometimes things were a little slow but the overall experience was always positive. It would be my choice for infusions and dressing changes.

A patient of Saint Vincent should be able to make an appointment online through the outpatient center

The place is great and everything. Our problem is with the receptionist. VERY rude and short and not pleasant to interact with. Any time I worked in customer service, I would get in trouble if I was ever that way. My step son was very sick and in Peyton Manning children's hospital for over a month, had to have heart surgery and all kinds of stuff. Had to come here to Dr. Belchers office and then come next door for the outpatient center so they could change the dressing on his PICC line. Well Dr. Belchers office took too long so we were a little late to the appt. She was very rude and said let me see if they'll still see you. In a short tone. Then acted upset because they did. Rolling her eyes and being huffy. Just rude!
