I am so grateful that I came to the Carmel location, Elexis was phenomenal! I was looking for products to do my own makeup for My Wedding and she nailed it! She tried them on, carefully explained the steps and how to apply. I was so nervous going into it, but she definitely made me feel confident after leaving. I went home, tried everything on and it came together so nicely! 10/10 recommend
Alex and Katrina have assisted me several times at this location, and the service they both provide to me is outstanding! I give them 10 stars out of 5. I’ve been so impressed by the majority of employees at this location. They are helpful and informative and make great product recommendations for me each time I visit this Sephora location. Katrina and Alex are so pleasant and customer focused. I shop at this Sephora location as they offer the best and most personalized service in town. All Sephora employees need to take pointers from these 2 outstanding Sephora representatives. They are both stellar!
Great store. And I’ve been to all of the ones in the Indianapolis/Carmel/Westfield area. I’ve worked at the Sephora in Bay Area, CA and I want to say this store definitely gives that same vibe. The employees are not all attentive but I’ve been there 3x now. I do want to shout out the cashiers for always being energetic and enthusiastic. And I maybe butchering her name but Faroush (long dark hair, green eyes)…. Amazing. I’ve came across her presence twice now. Helped me with finding my PERFECT summer foundation and that has been a struggle for me. She assisted me with the product and education on what my skin needed in a foundation.
