I never thought I would enjoy an exercise class until I found Pilates at Reforming Indy! I LOVE the instructors and the studio’s overall vibe is VERY welcoming and safe. 7 months in and I’m seeing the results in my core and body overall. Less back pain! Happy!!!!

Fantastic intro reformer session with Kristan. I am so glad I took the time to chat when scheduling a Groupon and determine best path was intro before jumping into a group class. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Upbeat vibe, clean studio and patient instructor. Great welcome to new experience!

Jackie at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and welcoming when I came in to inquire about a membership. She is a huge asset to the business! I also really enjoyed my first session with Lauren. She was great at explaining each movement, took great care to ensure my form was correct, and was just a great person to be around. I’m really looking forward to beginning my membership with Reforming Pilates-Carmel.
