Drake the MRI tech was fantastic. I had reservations since the MRI I had at St Vincent, Carmel was a terrible experience. Drake talked to me about what I would experience while in the machine, supplied ear plugs, headsets, and music of my choice. What set him above is that he talked to me thru the headsets every time there was a pause to let me know what was coming up next. Would highly recommend ProScan Imaging, Carmel. Thank you.

Very professional and best place to get an MRI. My insurance handled everything, so aside from checking in and answering a few questions and signing my name on forms (I had 3 MRIs), it was as easy as could be.

The staff is friendly and nice! Darin was amazing with helping me because MRI freaks me out. He gave me pandora and I listened to jazz music. I was also provided with reassurance and a cloth to cover my eye. Great job team you all are amazing.
