I cannot say enough great things about my experience today, specifically because of Erica. I came in needing new glasses for the first time in almost seven years, feeling completely overwhelmed and unsure of what would look right on me. Within minutes of working with Erica, all of that disappeared.
All I told her was the general shape I was looking for and that I wanted something fun and full of personality and within two minutes, she had 7-8 pairs pulled that somehow all fit me perfectly. I genuinely loved every single one, which has never happened to me before.

I don't post reviews that often, but I feel my recent visit to this office for an eye exam/contacts warranted a review.
I was easily able to make an appointment online two days prior; there were a variety of appointment times available.
When I arrived, every staff member at the Carmel office was so friendly and helpful! The receptionist took the time to verify and explain my insurance coverage to me, my technician was very upbeat and patient with me during the vision tests, Dr. Meagan was all around awesome, and the woman with whom I purchased contacts got me set up with a years supply for a bargain. I've been a patient of Dr. Avila's for close to ten years. There's a reason I've stuck with her - she genuinely cares and shows interest in her patients, their well-being, and understanding of their condition, eyesight, etc. Today specifically was such a great experience. I had a medical condition flare-up, and Dr. Avila and her staff got me in the same day, quickly got me taken care of, and immediately found me a pharmacy that had a difficult medication to find (and pay for) at a fraction of the cost.
