After seeing good reviews on NextDoor, we reached out to Mark Olis, who was very quick to provide help (even though we called during his vacation). He is straightforward, professional, and explains each detail so you know exactly what is needed and why.He installed a new system immediately, and provided his own labor warranty in addition to the manufacturer's, at no additional cost. We are really happy we looked around before making a decision. And we are really happy we decided to go with Mark.
Our heater was old and it broke. A friend recommended this guy to us. From what my dad said, (I was at work so I don't know what exactly went down) this guy wasn't available right that day when we called, which was understandable, but he found a spare part for the old furnace that he quickly installed as a workaround for us to last the next few days until he was available. Considering this was during a time when it was below freezing, going out of his way for such a kindness is greatly appreciated.
