It’s true—you get what you pay for. I recently moved to Carmel, and the first time I needed a haircut, I went to a local Sports Clips, which ended up being a hack job, to say the least. About three weeks later, I knew I needed to find someone who could fix the mess, and that’s when I found Magic Hat Barbershop.

I booked an appointment with Faith, and not only did she fix the disaster, but she completely exceeded my expectations. The shop is immaculately clean, the staff is friendly and professional, and the entire experience makes you feel like you’re getting a true VIP treatment.

I've been going to the same barber for about 12 years but he recently moved to a shop about an hour away. I was a bit anxious to try out a new place after so long, but I booked with Faith and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. She just asked me a few questions about what I wanted to do with my hair and beard and then absolutely crushed it, all while having a nice convo and creating a chill vibe. The music here is also great, which is a nice touch. Almost seems too good to be in Indiana, but I'm glad it is! A great haircut and experience is worth paying a premium imo. This is how you present yourself to the world - skimp elsewhere!

The best barber shop in the Indianapolis area. I found Magic Hat in a Current Carmel article. He has the best products and hands down the best haircuts. The environment is extremely clean and friendly. I highly recommend you going here.
