Really good therapeutic massage. Elizabeth spent time to understand what my goals and needs were and did a great job for my first deep tissue massage. There was a lot of open dialogue about pressure and pain points and she offered great suggestions on therapy options. I’ll definitely be going back.

I had periodically gotten massages from various people in town whenever I felt I needed one until 2 years ago when I first went to Elizabeth. She does a great job asking you about pressure points and specific areas, great at communicating btw appointments and her prices are I believe the most competitive in the town, given the value of the massage therapy you receive. I only book appointments for massage therapy with her now. She's courteous, professional and highly trained in her work. You're also supporting a local business which is great!

Due to some soreness related to running, I booked a session at Elite, which resulted in a great experience that addressed my muscle pain, while relieving some general stress. I highly recommend Indy's Elite Massage - very professional, friendly, and thorough!
