Doctors and Therapists are great. However, it has to be by far the worst front office experience I have ever had deal with. It's so broken. The ladies are rude and not helpful. I don't understand the point of mymedilocker either because they call you anyways. If I had other better doctor choices...we would move...but let's be honest ASPIRE is a hard pass.
Dr. Daniel Shepler is so passionate about his work. He is sincere, compassionate, and such an amazing psychiatrist! I am delighted and deeply grateful to finally achieve getting my anxiety and depression fully under control with his expertise. He is such a nice man and I would recommend him to anyone searching for real help with mental health. He validated my feelings and made me realize that in fact I was not crazy. I have had great experiences with Indiana Health Group. I highly recommend Dr. Tyler Flaningham. His genuine care for his patients, attentiveness and responsiveness is second to none.
