I recently transferred part of my care to Indiana Health Group from my family doctor’s office. So far, I’ve had a great experience with my psychiatrist and the staff, and they have made my medication management a lot easier. They have always been very responsive to refill requests and I have never had an issue with scheduling.
Have had good experiences over the years. Sure, scheduling an appointment via phone can be difficult sometimes. I use the portal now and they call me back, eliminating the wait time
The office for this service is lacking in communication. You charge patients for not going to an appointment. When the office called our phone number to cancel an appointment, you didn’t reimburse me, when I drove from Muncie to your office only to find out my appointment was canceled because the office left the message on a wrong number.
