We had a huge remodeling project on a new to us 4000 sq' home. This home needed some love! The scope of the project was ceilings, walls, trim, selected interior doors, and kitchen cabinets. Along with some drywall repairs. The Heritage team took great care of us, and their communication was excellent. From our initial contact with Allen for the estimate, to Brent our project manager as the project got rolling, to Elias our painter and team leader extraordinaire, as well as his crew. Heritage painted two bedrooms for us. Francisco was obviously a veteran painter, keeping a very neat worksite and cleaning up before he left for the evening. We were very happy with the results from Heritage.
Brent did a great job managing the project and making sure that there were no surprises upon closing.
Rafael was awesome to deal with when doing progress walks, clearly communicating what to expect and received feedback well that he quickly addressed.
From an overall company standpoint, Heritage was exceptional to deal with because of their clear communication— they set the expectations of their process and followed it to a T, making it a very straightforward project with a great end result. I would definitely recommend using their services, they’re worth a premium.
