The best keep secret!! Having knowledge how most express cares are over crowded; this one was empty!! Worried about how long of a wait we might have; we did an “own our way”! To our surprise when we walked in the place was empty!! We got right in; the staff was amazing! Very professional and compassionate!! Listed to our concerns and showed empathy. The PA that treated my husband was amazing!! She explained everything in great detail and terms that both myself and my husband both could understand; didn’t use all these fancy medical terms.Very, very pleased with our experience and will definitely be using them again.

Speedy professional care. The state of the art facility was an added bonus. I got here at 9am on a Thursday morning. For urgent care you enter the main entrance and turn right. They asked me a few questions, I gave them my ID and insurance, paid the $50 copay and waited for maybe 5 minutes until I was taken back. The receptionists were friendly and the place was very clean. I believe Anne was the doctor to see me and she was enthusiastic and knew her stuff. She diagnosed my ear infection right away and asked very pointed follow up questions. This by far was the best Urgent Care experience I’ve had in a while. I came in for a leg injury in June and only had a 5 minute wait. The staff was courteous and helpful. The provider took care of my arm, and my prescriptions were called in by the time I went to the pharmacy. I came back again for a work physical in November and again had a great experience! It was worth driving here from Fishers.
