I had a great introductory call with Edgewater. Afterwards though, I can't seem to get a reply to emails, voicemails, or messages left with the reception team.
After writing this review, the Edgewater team reached out to me and apologized. We had several great conversations and I ended up contracting their services. I’ve used them for six months, and it has been a smooth process thus far. Revising my review from two stars to four.

I have nothing but good to say about Edgewater CPA Group! Both Zack and Patrick have been so helpful in this process. Zack was able to listen to my situation and matched me with Patrick. Patrick addressed my complex tax issues in a professional, timely, effective, and most importantly kind way. I am a psychotherapist in private practice and there has been challenges getting my taxes aligned appropriately with my business model. Patrick was able to see straight through the challenges; developed a plan; his plan was approved by IRS; and he then established practices going forward for my LLC which help avoid any future discrepencies.
