Another appliance repair company installed a new ice maker. It malfunctioned making too much ice. After 2 repair visits, was told nothing was wrong. I emailed Duncan who immediately called, asked me to send a picture of the new ice maker. Duncan called back and noted the maker was missing a part and sent pictures and part number. Duncan recommended I call the installer who then returned and acknowledged their error and ordered the missing part. Duncan provided their expertise at no cost. They are my go to appliance repair service now. Truly professional and deep expertise

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Duncan Appliance for our stove. We had another company come “fix” our stove a year ago and it never really worked. Steve not only came and fixed the different issues we were having, but took time to explain what exactly was going on. I so appreciated that level of customer service and we will definitely use them again!

We had an issue with our refrigerator and we’re looking for a repair person. Duncan Appliance repair has a great reputation so I gave them a call. Unfortunately they couldn’t come out for two weeks and I needed quicker service. Sorry to say we didn’t use them.
