Cornerstone home inspection is the only company we will use ever. They were very great and took their time to be very detailed with our home inspection. Something came up after two years of moving in and the company corrected the small issue with no questions asked. The owner is very friendly and cares about the customer. Our realtor only uses them as well. GREAT COMPANY!

We ended up having to use Erik twice due to the first home falling through, and he was lovely to work with both times. Extremely thorough and explained everything in a way that I could understand. Crucially, he also knew his own scope well enough to advise me on when to seek out evaluation from a professional in whatever needed fixing. Highly recommend!

Very professional and thorough! Also had availability next day which allowed us plenty of time to go over things and have other inspections/estimates done before deadline. Jon was great to work with, explained things in detail and was not at all bothered with us being there and asking questions. 10/10 will use again!
