I was out of town on business. I left the power cord for my laptop at home. Computer Technology of Carmel took care of me right away. They were professional and courteous. Highly recommend this business!

Absolutely amazing. Had my pc at a different store for over a week. They didn’t even look at it and continued to tell me they’ll look at it next week. Went here and the manager took a look at it and immediately fixed the problem. It took all of five minutes. Atmosphere was amazing and they were both great. Customer service was the best I have experienced in a computer store. Go here if you need anything fixed or installed!!

Dropped off my computer which had overnight decided not to charge. They reseated the battery and replaced a screw that holds the case together (which I had not noticed was missing until he pointed it out when I dropped it off). He kept it only overnight and charged me a VERY REASONABLE diagnostic and repair fee. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop!
