Dr Tom and his staff at Chiro One in carmel are the best chiropractors I've ever been to. I've had only 2 adjustments so far and my neck feels better then it ever has. 22 more visits to go and I can't wait to see how much better I'll be feeling if I feel this great at 2 visits. I highly recommend anyone with back and neck problems to go and have Dr Tom fix you. Not only are the adjustments great but the therapy and different types of stretching techniques they provide are making me feel awesome. His staff are amazing and so professional. They make me feel so welcomed and they truly care about there patients.

Dr. Nottingham at Chiro One has been helping me manage my spine issues for years. I currently am on a weekly maintenance program which I truly believe is keeping me more mobile. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I have learned a lot about how to be healthier through chiropractic care. It’s so much more than just going to get “adjusted”!
