We were looking for a digital piano. What I assumed was going to be stressful was the exact opposite. It was fun! The salesman listened and showed us everything from top to bottom. All the time letting my wife figure out what she liked and what didn't feel right. She eventually found the perfect fit. At no time did the salesman push us in any direction. He just used his knowledge to help her find the piano that was right for her. We spent over 2 hours with the salesman and the owner and enjoyed every minute. They did some talking, made a call to Yamaha and we bought a piano. My wife just plays at home to amuse herself and we bought a nice midrange instrument. But the whole time there we were treated like professional musicians buying a concert grand piano for a performance at Carnegie Hall! That's the kind of service that deserves a 5 star review!

As a professional in the cinema industry, I visited several dealers both in the Indy area and further afield to purchase a new piano for our studio. Quite simply, no other company even remotely compared to Piano Solutions in terms of sales, selection, servicing ability and integrity. Let's acknowledge the fact that a piano is an expensive acquisition for anyone regardless of the price. You don't want to leave feeling as if you have been taken advantage of or that you have settled for an inferior product at an inflated price. We didn't at Piano Solutions. In the end, we purchased a stunning Shigeru-Kawai SK-3 worth more than $100k from Piano Solutions with no regrets. From the very beginning, they allowed us to explore and discover the right instrument for our unique application and answered our barrage of questions that helped us make the best possible decision. The sale was effortless and they had us covered all the way through to the final delivery. Our experience couldn't have been smoother. They were insightful and simply nice people to deal with. Most importantly, however, we had to deal with none of the BS we encountered with every other dealer we visited. It was a pleasurable experience - at least for us anyway. That alone is worth a great deal in any piano journey. If you want a purchasing experience you can feel comfortable about and a piano you can live with, I strongly and sincerely believe Piano Solutions is a partner you can believe in and trust.
