The nursing staff is first rate. Under the direction of Candace the quality of patient care is phenomenal. Special shout out to Melissa who made my husband stay and improvement possible. OT and speech are the best and constantly looking for new ways to challenge patients. Their enthusiasm is infectious. The rest of the staff from the front desk, CNA’s, and the Executive Director are committed to providing top quality care. The staff also became a support system for me and I will be forever grateful and will truly miss them.
My mother has been at Bridgewater for over two years. She is 96 years old and has spent time in six different rehab and long term care facilities. The care she receives at Bridgewater is by far the best we have experienced. Her nurses and aides are attentive, understanding, respectful, knowledgeable and compassionate. The building is clean and has different activities going on each day. The employees seem to enjoy each other and their jobs; from medical staff, to administrative staff, therapists, maintenance and kitchen staff.
