Adamson's Karate Carmel LLC is a traditional karate school that has been serving central Indiana communities for over 45 years. Known for having more internationally competing athletes than any other karate school in the state, it offers a program that emphasizes personal growth both in and out of the dojo. Families appreciate the supportive environment, which fosters discipline, teamwork, and confidence. Many families train together, with several members earning black belts over the years. The dojo provides a variety of activities, including regular classes, private lessons, social events, and the oldest karate summer camp in the country. I can't say enough about Adamson's Karate. They not only teach the disciplines of karate technique, they invoke an entire mindset that you'll use in your daily life activities. A mindset of honor, humility, strength, courage and kindness, with skill to defend yourself when necessary. For my sons and myself, this has been an amazing journey. Initially watching on the benches as both my sons participated, I joined a few months later. Three years later, we've created many great memories, met some truly amazing families and forged lifelong friendships. Here are a few things that I feel sets Adamson's Karate apart: The skills we've learned and continue to work on with Adamson's are recognized by my sons' teachers, coaches and friends' parents. We've had teachers and coaches tell us how much they appreciate the respect our sons give them and the work ethic they demonstrate regularly. As my wife has said on multiple occasions, Adamson's Karate is the best thing that has ever happened to our family. The ability to train with my kids is a gift of a lifetime; we have never been closer and I honestly do not think that would have happened without this dojo. Adamson's Karate provides top notch instruction while making you feel much more like a family member than a customer.
