Excellent customer service. Emergency and with absolutely no knowledge of how my furnace even worked. I spoke to Mike and immediately calmed down as I took on a few simple tasks and was successful at fixing the issue. Mike assured me that he would be able to walk me through changing the pump had it been needed. Thankfully not today. Thank you Mike

He was very professional and meticulous throughout the entire process - from designing the kitchen layout all the way through to cabinet installation. His attention to detail is a testament to his craft.
