I brought my family member in for a cut and have the best experience all around. The warm welcome by our stylist, Ashley I believe, set the whole vibe off right from the beginning. She took her time to understand what was wanted, held great and respectable conversation, and you can just tell she enjoys doing what she does. This makes a huge difference. I have been going to this location for years. What I am seeing is that the stylist turnover is getting worse. The quality of the hair is not on the same level as before. The prices are getting too high. I am trying to be patient but if it doesn't change I will begin my search for somewhere else to go.
