I got a quick and affordable haircut. There was no wait and it was only $10. She was also able to give me the haircut shown in a picture I showed her. (I showed the same picture at the Allen County Veterans Stand down and they cut it much shorter.). However, she didn't have any parking for the barber shop.
Russtina has been cutting my hair and has done her best to make me look handsome for 20 years. With that said she isn't a miracle worker but does an awesome job with what she has to work with. Should charge more. As long as she is cutting hair no one else will touch mine.
