Walmart Vision & Glasses

After having strokes I misplaced/lost couple very expensive prescription glasses. I consider myself lucky to have met Mr.Kathy at eye center ,where she was able to order me new glasses. She spent her time answering all my questions,picking frames with me, being very friendly and just a lovely person to talk to. Then I also encountered Nathan ,who was able to finalize my order and payment . Just a sweet and lovely person. I really wish them to be treated good by their supervisors and customers because that kind of customer services is almost impossible to encounter anymore. God bless them both.

I have called 6 times to get my prescription sent to me cause I moved my family has called an still no prescription or well I’m new an everyone is gone if your new why are you there by your self this is bogus and y’all need to get it together

My 5 year old broke his glasses today at school, I immediately brought them to this Walmart to be repaired. Let's just say Chelsea has awesome customer service skills 🤗🤗🤗
