Farrah did my heating system check today. She is very personable, knowledgeable, professional, thorough and took time to speak with me about the condition of my furnace, including answering my questions. I’ve been very pleased with Summers this past year. ??
The technicians are very knowledgeable in their craft. Explains to the homeowners what needs to be repaired or needs replaced If the homeowners need further details the tech will explain procedures and what is being done and reason why. kudos to Jordan Judy!
Cole Wilson did a fantastic job with everything that we needed him to do. We needed the fan in our ptac unit replaced and he took care of it with no problem. We also needed some wiring redone for our thermostat to our AC unit and he took care of this as well. Very reasonable price for what the job encompassed as well as a nice and professional demeanor while doing it! Would recommend Cole/Summers to anyone that needs help with their A/C and HVAC and we will only call on Cole for any repairs or checkups moving forward.
