My first experience having to deal with a funeral home personally. From start to finish, Steve and Jason Matthews were friendly, helpful, and responsive. I suppose I thought I'd feel taken advantage of in this situation, but their pricing was upfront and seemed far more reasonable than I was expecting. On the day of, they were there, personally, attending to things and left me with nothing else to worry about. I highly recommend using their services, and will be contacting them again in the future, should the need arise.
