Words cannot express the gratitude for the care & concern from nurse practition Amanda Hill. Whereas 2 previous physicians never responded to my concerns and 1 MD said "there are no knots in the thigh. Amanda Hill ordered xrays of my thigh and found a lision mid thigh. Before I even left the facility on Friday I was scheduled to see an oncologist the following Monday and given an appointment with a IU primary care physician.

I’ve used this urgent care facility a handful of times over the last 5 years for our family. The wait times can be lengthy, but are clearly communicated, and I was given the option to wait in the waiting room or come back closer to our slot time. The facility is clean. My child has gone twice in the last several months due to influenza, and each time, the staff has been kind to both of us and has explained testing/illness/treatment options. Won’t hesitate to go again if/when needed!

We stopped going here for a while due to how poor the experience used to be. We gave it another shot recently, and we were pleasantly surprised! The nurse was amazing, and there was a new provider who took their time and was great as well.
