We had an unpleasant experience.

We enrolled our child in music lessons with Gain Music Academy.The first lesson occurred, but the next two sessions were canceled on the day of the lesson—first due to car trouble, then because the instructor was out of town. It felt like the instruction was not being provided as expected, and the explanations given seemed inadequate.

When we requested to end the lessons and indicated we would leave a negative review, we encountered unprofessional behavior and what we perceived as false accusations. The owner did not want to refund us, citing a “policy.” After we pressed the issue, a refund was eventually issued.

My daughter took violin for 5 years with Gain Music Academy. She had lessons from both Natalie and Madeline, and we were so impressed with how fast she advanced under the direction of these amazing teachers. We are so appreciative with how they poured their gifts and talents into teaching her.

My daughter took violin lessons from Natalie Gain for four years - until we moved out of state. Natalie is an incredible instructor and the quality of education is superb! Our daughter learned so much and is an amazing violin player now at age 14! Our daughter had the privilege of playing along with a High School orchestra during that time due to Natalie's instruction and help with the orchestra pieces. When we moved out of state we found a new instructor who complimented the training that she had already received and invited our daughter to play in the local city orchestra!
