I have been teaching my 9yr old how to cut grass and take care of the lawn and Mitch offered his Dots service... we were racing the sun set and had just a small patch left and in 2 seconds knocked it out.. he briefly chatted with my son about football and praised him on the work he had already done in the yard and it meant a lot to me and my son.. He left a lasting impression on my young son - Being kind and paying it foward was the take away for him and thats far beyond customer service! You have an AMAZING team of guys and Mitch is a STAR! We typically dont use lawn care services however because of the interaction with them i would like to use Dots in these times when were juggling sports and travel! You can teach the skill of lawn care but the kindness, humility, and general care for people is somthing a little less common these days!! I will be calling to set up service today! Thank you for having these guys on your team! 😁

Thank goodness for Mitch and his crew, (Max, it looks great!), who did the mulching job I could not do this year. Next up is clearing out some dying shrub roses, putting down weed and feed and moving three lilacs. Of course, that requires a lack of rain. Hmmm, maybe we forget the yard work and build an ark.. Mitch's crew is polite, respectful and works HARD! So impressed!
