The work I needed done was done well I think but I got my vehicle back with 3 dash lights lit that weren’t lit when I took it there and the cruise control won’t work now and it worked fine when I dropped it off. I took it back to have it looked at was told that wasn’t the end of the car they worked on so it wasn’t their problem to deal with and I need to take my vehicle to the dealer. So even though whatever the problem is occurred during the almost 3 weeks they had my car, they say it’s not their problem to fix.

I was really happy with how well Travis/team kept in touch regarding my repair, I got a text nearly everyday letting me know the progress on my vehicle. My door is fixed and works just like it is supposed to. I even got my car back a day or two before they said I would. Paint matches perfect, car was freshly washed and looked so shiny, they even vacuumed my car. A nice surprise!
The claim/insurance part of the experience was not great, but Caliber was wonderful.
I hope to not have to be a customer again because nobody likes car accidents, but if I or anyone I know needs car body work done, Caliber will be where I recommend and send... read full review

Thank you reported accident the day of the very next day my insurance and caliber collaborated got me my car in and car rental very next day...would recommend caliber to everyone...Thank you and I also love Caliber arrangement w enterprise making sure I had a car rental to pick up and drop off
