So I love getting my pedicure here. I feel like they do a really good job scrubbing and taking care of the feet and that’s just for the basic I go to other places and I feel like they do such minimal work and they’re just so in a hurry to get you out the door.

I’m disappointed. I had a quick, unplanned 2 hours to myself while my MIL took the kids to a movie. I was going to try Ivy nails, but they had a packed schedule and I couldn’t wait, so I tried Brownsburg Nails. The place itself was dirty, I could see cobwebs in the corners of the floor, and lots of chipped paint, and the window at the desk had random bandages, supplies, etc, shoved in. But it had good reviews here so I thought I’d try it. The three gentlemen working were very polite, and I was happy they were able to take me as a walk in. I got acrylic full set with gel polish. I believe it was Steve who did my nails. He did grab a clean tray of instruments after... read full review

I made an appointment two days beforehand. Two salon workers working ..one on nails and one on pedicure.that had just started. Le ft after 30 min wait. No apologies.no.offer for.return discount. Neither salon worker was close to finishing. If they were running late a courtesy phone call would have helped. Will not return.
