Customers report being impressed from the moment they met the crew. Big Sky replaced siding and did a phenomenal job, making a house look fantastic. The team was in constant communication, answered all questions thoroughly, arrived and wrapped up work in a timely manner, and was the best to work with. After bad storms, the company came out quickly and did a thorough inspection, easing anxiety about storm damages and ensuring availability for questions. Big Sky repaired an area where water was causing damage, and the company was recommended to friends. For a 1993 home with vinyl siding showing its age, Big Sky was certified to install Hardie board siding, and the crew and staff were great to work with—prompt in answering a multitude of questions, making sure the site was cleaned up of all bits and pieces, and doing a great job. The new look is loved. Big Sky began with an honest, thorough inspection to determine whether a roof truly needed replacement rather than just assuming the sale, followed up with extensive documentation, and offered fair and transparent pricing with no surprises. The entire team was kind, friendly, responsive, and professional, completed a full replacement in just one day, and didn't leave any mess or debris behind. The quality of the work is very happy with, and Big Sky is highly recommended to anyone who needs an honest, reliable roofing company. Big Sky put new gutters on cabins that look amazing, were done quickly, disposed of all old gutters, and cleaned up after themselves.
