I was having an issue with my generator and Nick came out and got it going! He didn’t try to sell me anything and only charged for the work he did. Great experience and I will definitely call Goff again should the need arise.

After texting my issue to Justin, Don was quickly in contact with me. He gave me a quick tip to try. I was on my way out of town for work and advised I’d try it that afternoon (Friday). When I got home, it didn’t work. Don advised the issue was probably that my thermostat had failed. He’d pick one up and be out that evening. I told him it could wait until Monday. On Monday morning he contacted me to set an appointment. When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the faulty part and fuse. Problem solved efficiently.

Goff heating and AC were able to squeeze us in same day. Our technician, Nick, was able to resolve the issue quickly and had us back up and running in no time. Price was very reasonable and Nick was great in explaining what the issue was, and even have advice on how to keep running smoothly. I highly recommend this company.
