In my experience, this is not a reliable RV transport company. When company freight from their RV inventory runs out, drivers are directed to pull loads from Central Dispatch. Those loads already pay reduced rates, and the company then deducts 15–20% on top of that, which significantly cuts into earnings. That was not the expectation presented when I signed on. Drivers are required to post a bond, and if you leave within the first six months, that bond is retained. In my situation, once my bond obligation was satisfied, freight availability declined significantly and consistent company loads were no longer available unless I agreed to run reduced-rate Central Dispatch freight. What is especially concerning is that management was aware approximately a month in advance that freight volume was declining. However, drivers were not notified ahead of time that loads would become scarce. By the time freight slowed or disappeared, drivers were left with little to no options other than accepting Central Dispatch backhaul loads at reduced rates. During recruitment, the company presents itself as driver-focused and supportive. My experience did not reflect that. Key details about freight stability, rate structure, and how work would be distributed were not clearly communicated upfront. If you are considering entering the RV transport industry, I strongly recommend reviewing the contract carefully, getting freight expectations in writing, and speaking with multiple current and former drivers before committing. This review reflects my personal experience.

I've been to Vegas about 8-10 times in the past decade and I have used Bell exlusively. To be hoenst, I'm a little surprised by all these bad reviews but at the same time, no. I have never had a problem getting picked up on time however, my last driver on the 22nd of December, 2025 forever ended my use of Bell Trans. The driver- a mature man who was probably in his 60's all but begged us for a tip. Tips are voluntary and are provided for exceptional service. They are not required and it's incredibly tacky to ask for a tip, but apparently not with Bell Transportation. Besides using Bell each time I go to Vegas, I also use the bus system. Going forward, I'll use the bus to the strip from the airport and ditch Bell. The driver today felt the need to tell us that she only gets a 20% commission and that hopefully it was going to change on January 1 to an hourly rate. Classless!
