For Christmas they even sent us an angel with her date of birth and date of death on it as a token of honor and remembrance of the life she lived with a card wishing us a Merry Christmas. Lost my father earlier this year, Koehler stepped up and did what a funeral home does. The staff handled all the crying and the unknown answers with a great deal of patience and respect. And at the end of the year sent a beautiful angel ornament. They really stepped up and helped my family when we needed it. We appreciated every little detail. Wendy Rice
