Their front door says “walk in’s welcome”…. I had surgery a week ago and wanted to have a little pampering and relaxing to unwind a little. My girls and I went to get fills and a pedicure for me, so 3 fills and 1 pedicure. We walked in the door and as soon as we sat down we were asked “What do you want” I was a little thrown back by how she said it but ignored it and just told her we need 3 nail fills and one pedicure please. She quickly scoffed/laughed at me as she’s shaking her head and rudely says “I don’t have time for that!!” So we just walked out and left with disappointment of having our hopes up for getting our nails done together. This was the worst nail experience I've ever had they were rude wouldn't do a pedi on my daughter said we don't have time but someone came in as walkin and they did hers my nails look horrible and the man who did my nails was so rude horrible attitude I wouldn't recommend this place to a pile of dirt. And didn't even do my nail like I ask them it was a fill I went for to top all off

We showed up for our scheduled appointment, and the lady was very rude from the start, so rude with her attitude and comments that we canceled our appointment. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what but you don't treat people that way, especially customers. This was my first time there and I probably will not go back or recommend my friends/family go to her.. Rudeness is not OK.
