I've only used Lin's for a small project that Lowe's and the hardware store couldn't do for me. However, I really learned to appreciate how Lin's does business. My small job was only about $30 in sales. Lin's treated me like I had a several hundred dollar project. The office manager was very friendly. She helped me get through the administrative stuff quickly and easily. Lin was fantastic in helping me solve my problem. Lin specially order key blanks for me. They custom cut my keys. They even came out to my work place TWICE to help me resolve my issue - no extra costs. You don't find that kind of service or quality of people in this day and age. Their shop is tucked away on the south central end of Bluffton. The building isn't shiny or attractive like a new hardware store or a big box store. However, their service and genuine desire to serve the customer made my experience five stars! Give them a try for a simple or complex job!
