My dog had a horrible ear infection over the weekend and was in pain. I called this morning and they were able to get him in today, which I was grateful for. I mentioned my dog has had very bad experiences at a previous vet we had been to (a different vet office completely in fort Wayne) . The tech and vet here did an amazing job making sure my dog was comfortable and they were most concerned he had a good experience there today. I am very thankful for the Bluffton Animal Clinic and we will definitely be back there from now on!
I recently had to take my cat in when she became very sick, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Fultz and his staff. From the moment we arrived, they showed genuine empathy and concern. Dr. Fultz took the time to run thorough tests, clearly explained every step, and made sure I understood my options. When it turned out my cat needed surgery, I felt confident she was in the best hands. The level of care, professionalism, and compassion from the entire team was outstanding. They truly treat pets as if they were their own. I just had to put my 14-year-old dog down.They were very understanding.I didn't ask about details.Didn't want to know them really?But they did a very good job.And the ladies at the front was very nice and understood To day I have to take one of my other dogs.I called this morning.Got appointment this afternoon.I'm very grateful that they could get him in right away.I think he has a tick on him buried in his head.O m g praying for my dog
