We first met Dr Harris when we needed at home care for our nearly seventeen year old Jack Russell mix. We were thankful and touched by the compassion given to him. Our younger Jack has had his regular checkups and a couple of surgeries at Heal Pet Care. We’ve been very pleased with the staff.

I think that, like most things, including me, Heal has aged well. I appreciate being able to actively participate in treatment discussions. We have 32 dogs and because of cost and time we have done a lot of our own treatment for 25 years. In doing so we have learned a lot and it is nice to know that the vet recognizes that and allows us to contribute to discussions about our animals.

I could not be happier with Dr Katy Harris and the staff. Gracie had a really bad experience during covid at our previous Vet. Due to covid I could not go back with her & ever since then she has been terrified to be around him. Last summer 2022, Dr Katy took her time and wanted to gain Gracies trust. That appointment was difficult because Gracie was very untrusting but Dr Katy tried everything with her to gain trust. It was much better than w/ our previous Vet and it was all because of Dr Katy not wanting to push the limit with Gracie, because she cares so much and has a huge heart!
