Mattox Roofing
“I had a great experience working with Mattox Roofing for my total roof replacement. I did a lot of research for this project and I found that Mattox was the best option for me as there customer service and pricing stood out from the competition. I worked with Matt Keltner and he made the process so easy. He did an amazing job making sure I understood everything BEFORE signing any paperwork. He met with me in person, took numerous phone calls and he was honest if he wasnt 100% sure on something but he would follow up with the answer within minutes. The crew did a great and even followed up with a minor fix before I even noticed.
If I had any suggestions on improvement it would be to have a little better communication between the crew foreman or Account manager to the customer on the day of installation. Things like project briefing before the crew starts, status updates throughout the day, any potential delays, etc.
Overall I am still very pleased with the work, and the process. I would recommend Mattox to anyone looking for roofing work or any general contracting work!”
